General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Orders

You can purchase products in the website day and night. If any order is placed on a weekend or federal holiday, it will be processed on the following working day. We send your order out as soon as possible but it usually takes about 48 hours to prepare it for shipping.

Shipping and status link

The website charges a flat shipping rate of $10 per order, for all orders. Additional charges are payable for international orders as local custom duties are levied. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page, at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Delivery

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We ship worldwide: Europe: 10-12 days, Africa: 20-30 days, other countries – 15-20 days. The maximum delivery period is 20 days.

Payment Details

Payment is acceptable only through MasterCard or VISA and will be accepted in US dollars and in EURO. The payment will be accepted if it is made by the bank on your behalf. We will charge the card only when the order is processed. Once the payment is accepted, payment receipt will be sent.

Status Link

Tracking link can help you find the status/location of your order. This link will be e-mailed by us and you can check it 36 hours after the order has been dispatched.

Delays

Enquiries regarding delayed deliveries and defective products are to be addressed to our customer support. If the product has not been delivered within the expected time and if we are responsible for the delay, we will send the order once again.

Cancellations

We understand that you may want to cancel an order for any number of reasons. You will have to place a written request to us to this effect and quote a cancellation reference number, to help our handlers deliver it to the cancelled product for scrutiny and subsequent cancellation. All refunds will follow the payback policy. 

We authorize your cancellation request only after you provide your order number and resend the product (in case of cancellation on delivered orders). Also, cancellation is for not sale and not customized orders only.

Not later than 3 days after products delivery - write us a letter saying that you want to return, send a courier, provide us the defected product for inspection. We conduct examination within 2 weeks (7, 10, 15 days), and if the damages are genuine, then we will send a new product at our own cost or return you all the money.

Refunds

  1. We will return the money within 10 days after the cancellation of the order by the same method of payment, which the order was placed.
  2. Your funds will be credited to the account from which the order has been paid within 10 days after the cancellation of the order by e-mail. Refunds will not be given in cash. 
  3. In case of cancellation you will get money to your card not earlier than in 3 days. The maximum repayment period of 10 days.
  4. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. 
  5. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
  6. For out-of-stock products, we will provide refunds.
